The questions we are asked most, answered before you book.

All appointments are booked through the online booking system. Choose your service, pick a date and complete the deposit to secure the slot.

Yes. A deposit secures your appointment and comes off the final balance. It is non-refundable but can be moved once if you give enough notice.

An install usually takes two to three hours. Custom colour and styling add time, so allow longer if you have booked more than one service.

Raw hair comes from a single donor and has never been chemically processed, so it lasts longest and holds colour best. Virgin hair is unprocessed but may be collected from more than one donor.

With proper care, a raw hair unit lasts years rather than months. Regular maintenance appointments, gentle washing and wrapping at night make the biggest difference.

Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo, condition from mid-length down, air dry where possible and wrap or bonnet at night. Avoid heavy oils near the lace.

In most cases yes, after a consultation. Previously coloured or synthetic-blend hair may not take the tone evenly, so send photographs before booking.

Yes, within the UK and abroad. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately and confirmed when the date is booked.

Please give as much notice as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, and late cancellations or no-shows may require a new deposit to rebook.
